Mail-in is on par with drop-off. Ship any day. A counter drop-off is by appointment only.

Open a repair ticket the same way you would for a drop-off. No account needed.

Ship the device
Send it any day to EZ PC-Tech, 508 7th St, Altavista, VA 24517. You pay the carrier. Power it off and pack the charger.

We repair and ship it back
The diagnostic is free on a mail-in. We quote the repair after the box arrives, then ship it back once you approve.
