Refunds & warranty

Unopened parts may be returned within 14 days for a refund of the item price. Shipping is not refunded.

Opened cooling paste, pads, and thermal kits are not returnable once the seal is broken.

Repair work is warranted 90 days against the same fault we billed. Abuse, liquid, and later damage are not covered.

If a diagnostic finds a no-fix, you still owe the diagnostic. It is credited if you approve the repair.
