Privacy policy

EZ PC-Tech collects the information you give us to run repairs, orders, appointments, and the bench list: name, email, phone, machine notes, and shipping address.

We do not sell that list. Campaigns go only to people who joined the newsletter or contacted the shop.

Account data lives with your login. You can update it from Account. To delete a profile, email support@ezpc-tech.com or write from Contact.

When you open a repair ticket, we email and text the shop so the bench can reply. That message includes the name, contact, and machine notes you typed.

We keep a first-party count of which pages are opened and the city of a sign-in, so the shop can see where visits come from. We do not use a third-party ad tracker.
